K2 PLC is a economic unit of K series (not expandable), basis of K5 series, cost-effective.

Transistor DIO(DI、DO Reuse) points

• Based on the DIO patent technology of Kinco, K2 CPU module provides DIO point, which can be used as DI or DO, and can be used by wiring without configuration.

 

USB programming port

• MicroUSB programming port is adopted to support USB2.0 and compatible with common MicroUSB mobile phone data cables.

 

High speed pulse counter

• Four high speed pulse counters each high speed counter allows up to 32 PV values to be configured and supports 32 "CV=PV" interrupts.

• Support a variety of modes, can be carried out single phase, double phase (Up/Down), AB phase (1 times frequency and 4 times frequency) count.

• The maximum counting frequency of CPU205 is 50KHz.The maximum counting frequency of CPU204/209 is 200KHz.

 

High-speed pulse output

• 3 high-speed pulse output channels, respectively Q0.0 Q0.1 and Q0.4, all support PTO (pulse train) and PWM (pulse width modulation) mode output.

• CPU205 maximum output frequency is 50KHz.CPU204/209 maximum output frequency is 200KHz.

• The software provides PLS (PWM or PTO) positioning control instruction group PFLO_F (follow instruction) and so on.

 

Serial communication port

• CPU module provides two RS485 serial communication ports, named PORT1 and PORT2 respectively, baut rate up to 115.2k.

• PORT1 can be used as both a programming interface and Modbus  RTU slave station protocol and free communication.

• PORT2 support Modbus RTU master protocol, slave protocol and free communication.
